Learning English rarely changes your life all at once

More often, it changes you quietly. A conversation feels a little easier. A sentence comes a little more naturally. You understand something you missed before.

These moments are easy to overlook because they seem so small. Little by Little helps you notice them.

About the author

Written by an English teacher

After many years of teaching English, David noticed that learning a language is about much more than grammar and vocabulary. It's also about confidence, patience, and the stories we quietly tell ourselves while we're learning. This journal is built around those stories.

Questions

What level is it for?

It's written for intermediate learners, around B1–B2, but any adult who is learning English is welcome. Each lesson uses short, clear sentences, and the Words to Know pages explain harder vocabulary.

How will I receive it?

It's a digital PDF. After you pay, you'll get a download link straight away on the order page and by email. Nothing is posted to you.

Can I print it or use it on a tablet?

Both. The 75 A4 pages print well at home, and the writing pages work with any note-taking app that lets you write on a PDF.

Is it a course or a textbook?

Neither. There are no tests and no right or wrong answers. It's a quiet place to read, reflect and write at your own pace — some days you may fill a page, other days you may just read a few lines.

What if I have a problem with my download?

Just reply to your order email or contact us, and we'll make sure you get your journal.
